I often see threads from people looking for green lanes in Devon, rare as they might be!

The obvious and regular responses are to "get an OS map", but to be more helpful I thought I'd share a circular one in East Devon that's quite good fun.

Note: Removed this thread as apparently it is not the done thing, for fear of those irresponsible drivers out there. Sorry!

The obvious and regular responses are to "get an OS map", and rightly so too!;):D

You are just as likely to lose the route by encouraging people who may not drive in a responsible way to use it! :(

Consensus among LZ senior members is not to post lane locations.

That's a good point, and not one I'd thought of. There are also a lot of responsible drivers too though - and my glass tends to be half full. I have however asked that this thread be removed as I was just trying to be helpful.....

Hey ho.

Hey ho.

You are right, there are! :) But just few of the others and locals may agitate for TROs, it has happened elsewhere :(

I applaud your kindness, but it might be better to get to know people a bit better on the forum or in person, and then pm them details of the lane if you want. ;)

That option seems a good alternative. You might want to edit your reply where you've quoted me giving directions ;)
