What your after is probably a fishing bag, can get them in drab green, separate
pockets inside with removable velcro pads inside, to accomodate your different size
needs,they don't look gay, they are used by manly,butch,strong,land rover driving, grease monkey fishermen..
 
Try John Norris of Penrith - they do game bags and fishing bags and are usually good value, one of the benefits of kit like that is that it usually has a waterproof inner liner.
