Got meself a 90

So I might be lurking in a here a bit more from now on.

Swivels might need replaced eventually.

Rear door definitely needs replaced, as does the lock and possibly the wiper motor.

Rear X Member needs a patch.

not a lot to do then really , are yer swivs leakin round the seals or just pitted ?

have they got gaiters on ?

yerl notice they only move so far and leave a V shape of grease and dirt at the top, if the pitting is in this area and beyond the seal ,dunt worry bout it till it starts leaking, then its not really a big job to do,

Will have a look for gaiters laters.

well if yer can see the chrome swiv balls, they int got gaters on

It weren't me under the vehicle checking it.

It aint got gaiters. And the seals are leaking but i have seen a lot worse.

Reckon there might be a bit of expense on the horizon. Does the pink pound buy as many landy bits as the real thing?

It is cheap but then again its an £1100 pound def 90 . The rear cossmember will need serious patching or replacing the swivel seals will need replacing sooner rather than later, prob for mot . But for the price i'd say it was a relitively good buy. He liked it. Not for me though iam not into spending every weekend under a land rover that is my only means of transport.

Expires 25 of May and before I drove it the few miles across town it had only done about 5 miles since the MOT.
