Good News..... of a sort

As some may remember my 90 being stolen in March, stripped and used on another 90.

Well today,

Shaun A J Thompson of Arborfield nr Reading was convicted and sentanced for 'handling a stolen engine'.

He did steal my 90 but the cps would only go with the posession.

He today received 8 weeks prison - suspended for 2 years. 100hours of community service and court costs.

Not much concidering the larger crime and the evidence that he is a repeat theif.

However - this is a result.

he got of lightly the thieving ****

Better than him getting away scot free for sure.

Can't find him straight off on giggle, might have been worth putting a face to his name...

Another forum member briefly posted the link. Complete with a profile pic of a green 90 that was festooned with my wings, doors, front end, bumper, engine, gearbox and interior.......
I am investigating why it was returned to him.

I couldn't find anyone of that name on a basic search on giggle or face ache... There are plenty on but they don't have the AJ initials.

Remove the initials. Arborfield is location. Unless he's been bombarded rhis afternoon after an international landy grp member sussed him

He should have got twenty years, the law in this country is just not tough enough.:frusty:

Thieving sh*t. Small price to pay for all the aggravation & pain he has caused.

No doubt this scumbag is laughing at the court. Certainly not a punishment, more a minor inconvenience and no doubt 'normal business' will resume (if it hasn't already). What message does this send out? pretty obvious really

If it was returned to him, tell your insurance company (presuming they paid out) their gearbox/engine etc. is sat on his drive, and they'll go get it.

If you can find a newspaper/official link about the story I'll post it on Arbtalk, seems the thief is a tree surgeon, he'll never work again if the story goes on there.

The Police do have the 90 that is on his profile.

I got that confirmed today.

Well technically that should be striped and your bits given back

Reading the comments on his page , Only one worthy comment, presumably from a family member. Shame you can't "like" the comment without first being his friend. Not that any adverse comments would affect a scrote like him.

Also interesting to see his works van with the phone number festooned all over it...be kinda interesting if people were to ring up asking for quotes but then suggest they didn't want convicted criminals coming out onto their property and as a result they wouldn't be taking the quote up ...wouldn't it

Don't forget to ask if his CRB is up to date

I believe the little s#@$ collar is being felt for some other stuff - cant say on here. And I believe he proberbly isnt working for that company anymore..!!!! I heard one of their vehicles went awol too.!!! If he gets prosecuted for what seems to be pending - he'll be 'inside' at tax payers expense.

However - he did not work alone.

I got my current 90 locked away at present due to the on going situation.

If it happens again - the Police would only be calle to bag their body parts if found.
