Freelander 1 good idea for tailgate window

since i bought freelander i facing problems with tailgate window , always the gear inside motor broken
but i found solution to machine new one teflon material and make sure it coming one pcs not like original like coupling gear
i think this is very good solution's to solve this problem. what you think?
