Glow plugs

Hi all happy new year . Just come to change my glow plugs on the Freelander td4 it looks like someone else has had a go and stripped the hexagon part on 2 plugs , anyone got any idea's how to get them out without removing head and drilling them out .Thanks in advance for any advice

You maybe able to use the Irwin bolt gripper sockets, make sure the engine is hot before trying to remove as they come out better than on a cold engine.
