Recently took my 300tdi disco in to the garage after my fuel stop selonoid was stuck closed. Anyway after being at the garage over night they took the Anti Theft devise off the top of the selonoid and took a live wire from the fuse box to power up the selonoid and scraped the Anti Theft devise. Now starting and stoping normaly I got home and noticed the Dash light for the Glow Plugs is not comming on at all and now I'm worried they must be linked?
Can anyone advise me what to do would be appreciated.

It could just be coincidence, It could be summit they did. It could just be a bulb out.

Get your hands on a multimeter and check to see if you have a live feed to the glow plugs when the ignition is turned on.

There is no live feed going to them :(, I read somewhere that this anti theft devise is linked to the glow plug relay. I can stil get to the open 3 pin connector that went to the theft devise and was wondering if I could just put a jumper acros it or Somthing

was it a landrover specialist or just a normal garage?

Take it back cos they haven't done it properly.

I dunno how many 300tdi's I've bypassed the immobiliser on now but I've never had to muck about with the glow plug wiring.

I just took it back to the garage and they pluged it the old tamper box in and still the plugs are not glowing. So I'm still stuck on the problem. They are too busy to try by passing it. :(

Check both the fuse and relay for the glow plugs, easiest place to start and things you can do yourself.
