I bought a discovery 300tdi auto a while back and it came with a 2inch lift. After a few issues id prefer to go back to standard as it gets used on the road most of the time. Can i get away with just putting standard spring back on and the original castor arms. Or do i have to put standard turrets and shocks on too?

Just put the standard parts back on, if it has longer shocks you'll have to take them off or modify your bump stops to stop them bottoming out early, you can leave the prop on

The thing is i dont have the standard parts so im going to have to buy them. i was hoping to get away with just springs if i could its a terra firma kit, not sure if the shocks are the same length as standard.

The castor corrected arms on standard height will have the same effect of bunching up the bushes as standard arms on a lifted vehicle so should be changed. Measure the closed up length of the shock and compare to standard length measurements ?

i do have the castor arms so ive got that bit covered. as for the lenght of the shocks i dont suppose you happen to know the length of the standard ones?

I have standard springs, sat doing nothing that I have just taken of mine.

Any standard parts you require if you let me know, I would see if we could do a deal on other items in exchange.
