Get shorty

Slowly fixing things up on my S3 Safari, noticed that that it has Rocky Mountain parabolics,problem is its touching the 2 metre mark and only found out yesterday after scraping the crap off of the roof. Is there any way of reducing the height with out removing the parabolics. I have put R16 defender wheels on it to make it look closer to the orginal layout, and finding some R15 wheels is the only option I can come up with!

Has it got extended shackles on? If so replace with standard ones and it will drop it about 1 1/2 inches.

Thanks V8jon, will check it out to see if they are on there.

You're right V8jon, looks like 3" on the back and 2" on the front, i'm looking around to find some shackles to reduce it by the 1 1/2 you mentioned.

If they are the same as the 109 ones I'll trade you, got some standard looking ones on my parabolics

Sorry use the car every day, will have to get the garage to sort this one out!!
