I remember this happen to me. My poor old dad bought me from a old mate of his. Not being bodywork savvy at the time travel to Scotland to my base. After several months of fine Scottish weather I noticed the paint looking weird on the passenger wing. Turns out a paper mache patchwork for half the top section.
