Ok Guys disco2 td5 gearbox when it`s cold it will go into gear without a problem but when it`s hot it`s really hard to get onto gear it has the wright oil mtf94 in it so what`s wrong with it

does gear lever stiffen ,you need to remove console etc to get to lower gear lever its usually ball in yoke on selector shaft under gear box top ,or lever pivot bush in top or can be interlock on top of main case just in front of box top ,check lever were bias springs contact and weld any grooves up and grind smooth
