iam replacing my gearbox ihave taken all the retaining bolts out of my old unit but iam finding it very difficult to release box from engine and ird am i missing something?

get a large slide hammer on it and make sure all of the bolts are undone - there are about 86 and they're mainly located in silly places that you can't see and need to be Mr Tickle to reach.
