Hey all,

Been a while since i've been on here. So I went to take my landy out for a blast over the beach.
She wouldn't go into gear, so i turned her off, put her in reverse, turned on, and it was fine. I did that for each gear and it was much better.
There's a slight whine in 2nd/3rd, so i reckon the gearbox could do with an oil top up, i've not topped up the oil in the gearbox since having her yet. Am i right in thinking that?

Where's the gearbox oil top up point? engine oil is nice and obvious but i'd like to top up the gearbox oil.

So what would be the best oil and where would i stuff it?

Cheers all, hope everyones okay :D

depends through the top if so fitted or level plug on lhs of box

EP90 gl5 is more common especially if you use Halfords but avoid that because it is said to cause premature wear to phosphor bronze parts in the gearbox so make sure you get gl4 as James said.
