the garage was a bi-product of my wife wanting a new kitchen ( see picture ) as I am in the building game I done all the things I always wanted to the garage at the same time

Sh!t.
Spent a bomb on a tatty house which needs lots of time and money throwing at it.
Once that's sorted, around august hopefully, I'll be able to crack on with the build, just in time for winter...
