Gear select problem

Got a problem with selecting park and neutral on my l322 bmw 4.4 in park it’s in reverse in reverse it’s in revers in neutral I have nothing and In drive it’s in drive please help!!!

Can't help with the answer, but as this is the engine section & you have a gearbox problem probably best to post in the Range Rover forum unless a Mod would like to move it for you.

rotary switch buggered/out of adjustment and not in synch with the selector display.
This came up just a few days ago. Do a search, its been asked before I believe.
