Gear Box

I'm trying to repair the gearbox on my P38 its a manual box and the plastic bush that activates the reversing light push switch is broke off the gear selector shaft can anybody tell me where these are available with out paying £600 for the whole to unit

If any one on the forum comes across the same problems I have trying to aquire on of these plastic bushes please contact me as I have started making them either out of plastic, aluminium, or brass i'm also producing the gear selector pin out of stainless steel
