G'day - Lightweightnovice here enjoying my first week of Land Rover ownership. 1973 Series 3 Airportable in serious need of some love and attention. Plenty to do once the strip down has been done. I will be starting with some chassis welding, and then who knows???

Based in Hadlow, Kent - Will most likely be seeking some friendly local help at some stage!

:welcome2:

hope you aint got a 24volt wired for radio lightweight if so get a 12v series loom for it save yer self a fookin world of headaches ;):D

Well given that it only has one battery, I am assuming 12 volt..

The windscreen wiper motor does have a funny little metal box attached (with two yellow things inside) with what looks like an earth strap connecting iot to the motor. I assumr this is some form of interference supressor for two ways?
