Hi All
Does anyone know what it would roughly cost to galvanise a 110 chassis and bulkhead, i have been advised to get it done to prolong the life of the two.
Thanks for any responses Dan

You must have way too much time on your hands if you are considering getting that done - there's a place in Worksop that does the chassis (but i can't find their number right now) - will be about £400 plus however long it takes you to strip everything off the chassis that you dont want to look all shiny - most places wont do the bulkhead cos its too thin and will bend/buckle.

I used to get new boat trailers galvenised by a firm in Liverpool by the name of TD Engineering (they did/do all the mobile masts so size is not a problem) for £100 each (large twin axle jobbies) and thinner panels (mudguards) at £10 each and never had a problem with them. Had them "T" washed after the galv process so that they would take paint ok.

I spoke to that place in Worksop a few months back about having some stuff done and their price was about £500 per tonne with a £120 minimum charge.
