fuses keep blowing

Hello every 1 got issues got some strange things going on the fuse for the radio keeps blowing it takes out all the lights on the dash 1of my brake lights and the 2that are in the bumper but it leaves the passenger brake/tail light alone even tho I'm sure they would have there own fuse i can't get my head around it fuse last about 20seconds then blows I'm quite got at the mechanical side of things but electics I'm not that good at and I've only had it couple of days I've been going over it and noticed brake light had gone and number 3 fuse was blown so i replaced it was working fine until went to the shop at 8 then it blew any help would be much appreciated thanks.

I forgot to stay it blows number 3 fuse when the head lights get switched on it hasn't got a radio/cd player in it .its an Lreg tdi auto

Recommend you start checking the light units for a shorts.

Do this by un-plunging each light unit separately to see if it stops blowing the fuse.

Both front and all 4 rear (if you still have the bumper lights.

Have you removed the rear units on the chassis as I rein corrosion could be the fault here.

If not that you need to remove all sockets from all lamps and see if it still blows, if it dose you need a wiring diagram to see where and what is shooting out.
