For bikerteacherdave not sure if it helps Dave but here’s an old pic of the relay that keeps burning out not had time to get box out yet but you can just see the missing relay bottom left of pic

I dont see an issue repairing it to be honest BUT until I open it up I wont know I cant see it being worse than a philips G11 power supply........

That looks like the fuel pump relay position?

I know I looked on here or the net 2 years ago and I seem to Remember there was a work round it rather than constant blowing I thought it was something to do with hevac thou
