Full blast heater

Hillo people , hope you all had a good christmas , now , my heater only works full blast , ive changed the whole heater box an the final stage unit that lives under the scuttle panel and it does the same as when i started , 93 rrc v8 auto , at a bit of a loss now , ive read else where that there are relays somewhere , any body tell me where please and any thing else that i should be looking at ??? Changed relays , no differance , the final stage resistor was reputed to come from a working car although i can't prove that , blower works on 4th setting only , wires not crossed as its all plug on plug off , ive changed the heater unit and even the switches on the unit
