Fuel types and bio diesel

Has anybody got any good experience of using bio fuel in their TD5? I have heard of a local place to me that sells at 49p per litre if you collect and 59p per litre (delivered but 1000litres a time). Just not sure if the quality is going to be right for a TD5

diesel is diesel and bio is bio as long as its good quality bio, ive used bio in a few 4x4's the 1st supplier wasnt too good but the second was fine i just changed the fuel filter and i had no problems cant see any reason why td5 wud be any different but im sure i'll be corrected soon enuff
