Has anyone experienced problems with the TD4 fuel temp sensor located in the fuel line on the nearside chasis under bonnet.
I am trying to find out why my 2006 td4 over fuels at or above 2000 rpm when cold. The problem gets better when engine is at full temp. A friend of mine came over with a delphi diagnostic scanner and found no faults but He did say He had experience of the fuel temp sensor playing up on another vehicle causing my symptoms so we unplugged it when running and the engine note changed with no smoke I don't want to get too excited as I thought I had cured this once before so wanted to know if anyone on here had any experience of this sensor playing up and it's effects on the vehicle, cheers Alan.
