fuel tank drain plug????

Hi all, i have a 90 300tdi im rebuilding, ive miss placed the original fuel tank drain plug, the ones i order online are alot bigger than mine, its near enough a m10 bolt size but they dont fit well enough, if it aint right i could dump a hole tank of fuel! not wat i want to do!

NRC62 is the only number I can find which I assume is what you have? Maybe someone has modified it if the thread got damaged previously?
