Hi I have fitted a 200 tdi into my series 3 petrol which has a electric fuel pump
the 200 tdi has the original mechanical pump and fuel filter,
my question is would it be ok to leave the electric pump in and send the fuel from electric pump at the tank straight to the mechanical pump on 200 tdi so in effect both pumps would be working, or would this cause problems or even damage the pump or pumps.
