Fuel pump hell

Hi all,
Recently had a fuel pump failure , fitted a new part from john craddock ltd. however the fuel pump has started to make a low pitch wine any ideas why this new part is doing this already? Any advice much appreciated

How clean are your filters , that may have been cause of original pump failure

What make was the pump? Apart from the noise is it performing as it should?
