Hi I've got a 2006 Freelander Diesel Auto TD4 HSE. It recently had the pressure sensor replaced after suddenly cutting out on a slip road. About 2 weeks after the repair there was a vibrating noise (didn't have it before the repair) that got gradually more frequent & louder, along with occasional engine misfire. Long story short we dropped power enough to call out the RAC. He said there was a loose connector/contact by the pressure sensor. Cleaned it of oil and re connected & tightened it. We went off on our merry way, only for the noise to return 2 weeks later.
I took it back to the original garage - same issue, except he said it didn't look like the connectors had been touched. One week later and I think I heard the start of the rattle again.

Anyone know what the cause of the continuing looseness may be? My concern is that something is either pulling or spraying enough oil into the area to loosen the connection - that sounds expensive to me!!
