Hello and thank you for great site,
My freelander td 54 plate which l love to bits had it now four years and bought from friend who was sole owner from new and it's just done 90,000 miles been look after all life and serviced spot on since new,
But just this past week smell of diesel on checking drops under engine but only when cold.after checking this great site it seems and been confirmed it's from fuel injector pump which we now find its common fault,
But the thing is it still drives like day I bought her apart from small drops of fuel loss in cold weather ,found out can buy a seal kit and would like to ask if any kind member would inform me of a good garage or company would do this repair and any costs aprox,see some member have sorted out themselves but at 73
Don't like to over engine more than cleaning and daily checks ,I live in Merseyside and travel to get my dream sorted .thanks you in anticipation for your help
