morning lads , I have 2000 4.6 v8 thor engine petrol/lpg
my problem is that after having a full service on petrol side and service on lpg side my engine is playing up first thing in the morning when starting from cold its like a singer sewing machine till it go's over to gas ..this has been going on for some 3 weeks after filling petrol up to halfway at morrisons I suspect ****ty contaminated petrol ???? I have put a additive in tank to clean but no difference I am wondering if the fuel filter is knackered ???????????? can I change it and how ???????? as I think the filter is in the sealed tank ??? any advice would be most welcome or useful suggestions ??? apart from " sell it --set fire to it or scrap it "..both mechanics says everything else checks out so I assume that the main parts are ok as they all work on petrol/lpg , i.e. coils plug leads plugs maf sensor I have let petrol run down as far as I dare and will refill shortly ...please help im getting fed up every morning to coughing band spluttering ...cheers lads ,,mozz :crazy_driver:
