Fuel filter

hi my name is wayne i have had my 1st landy 2weeks now and the other day as i was driveing this ligth was popin up on the dash , after looking in the book it says that " this indicates the presence of excessive amounts of water in the fuel " .

i have filled up the car 2 times now and this light still cames on so where is the water comeing from ????

the car have a service in september at a 4x4 place before i got it so i wood of hoped thay changed it, why do you think this is what it needs ?

Cause if there's water in the filter it will sit there no matter how many times you fill up

Oh, the garage said it had a filter change 8 months ago...then i have no idea because they always tell the truth.

Maybe its your ashtray?

Mounted on the chassis next to rear righthand wheel under wheel arch.......for some strange reason

but this car is pi**ing me off as its one thing after the other and ive only had it 2 weeks

Leaking sunroof is easy, just take it out and reseal it with silicon. works a treat. I think theres a thread on here somewhere.

seen that the other day , but by the looks the seal had poped out but i think i will get a new one just to be on the safe side .

now looking at the drivers side door lock not workin, the 1st press of the key fob the doors dont unlock 2nd press just the n/s/r door and the back open the others stay locked ( not good when putting the kids in the car ) so need find a thread on door locks

hmmmm i can feel and hear the moter working , now after looking on ebay wood it be a broken spring in the workings or is there none in this model ,

2nd if i change the drivers side only will this work all the others that are not workin
