Just to let you know that since I fitted the blue tube to the egr conversion. I can not believe the difference it has made.
Put my foot down more than a couple of inches and it feels like someone is pushing me. I am chuffed. Thanks again all.

The pipe from the MAP sensor goes to the manifold, this tells the ECU via the MAP sensor the boost pressure in the manifold. The ECU then fuels accordingly. It is also Teed into the powerbox. Nothing to do with EGR blank. But if you have connected it there it may fool an MOT tester into thinking the EGR has not been removed. Removing it would be an MOT fail if test is done by a jobsworth.
