Hi all!

When I put a new chassis under my 90 four years ago I replaced the fuel filter housing (where the fuel filter screws on) as when I unbolted the original it crumbled in my hands. I was amazed it didn't effect the running because the fuel lines plumb into it. Anyway, was under this afternoon doing the box oils and noticed the top of the housing has corroded AGAIN, and it's split off down to the top of the two bolt heads! I smothered this replacement with grease on the back face which bolts to the chassis upon fitting, to no avail! I pressure wash it once every two weeks, so I'm amazed at this fairly early failure!

Do any you guys know of a good aftermarket part made from stainless or something that I can go with rather than the seemingly rubbish oe spec one? Many thanks!
