Hi, I'm looking for a carb expert, a Weber 34ich on a S2 an ex mil. Engine ran smoothly then 2018 started misfiring so I took the carb off, it is a fairly modern one and was clean. I ended up changing all the ignition parts, except the coil but I did try an alternative coil. Runs fine early 2019 then nothing. There is is no fuel getting into the carb, I have just replaced the fuel switch cork gasket and using a hand primer can pull fuel from both tanks to the inline filter. I think the pump isn't working efficiently hence using a hand pump. Fuel doesn't seem to want to fill the carb, I managed to start it on full choke but only ran for a minute even though I tried pumping fuel. I don't know if the fuel cut out switch is connected correctly to the coil or if it doesn't work. Running out of patience after months of fighting the thing; any help of suggestions please.

Hi Kermit-rr, Thank you for the, it is a "regular" LWB 2SA, being ex mil, I can't be 100% sure it is the original engine but it has the mil spec tell-tales. I've owned it a while but not used on the highway. There is a long list of faults which I am tackling one at a time!
