front window tray replacment on a 200 tdi disco

yo there anyone out there that can shed some light on this job,i need to replace the tray that fits onto the top of the window regulator with a new rubber,thing is do i need to remove all he regulator or can i get the old 1 out and replace new 1 with the regulor still fixed in place,or basiclly whats the easiest way of a replacement part thanks :decision:

If the tray you mean is the part the window glass sits in, it can be fitted on to the original regulator without removing it. Slides in from the side on to the rollers. It comes with a rubber liner which i found was way too tight. Sat glass on a bed of silicone to cushion and hold- worked fine
