Call me stupid. But while i decided to change uv joint. Well while I started taking front prop off. In my wisdom I decided to seperate the sliding joint trying to save time. NOT. UV Joint easy sorted came to put it back into the prop and can't... Tapped it with a rubber persuader, Now it's stuck. Can get it out but wondering if the splines are different size and can only go in one way. Could it be the fact that there's trapped air stopping it going in.

the prop slide has to go back in the right alignment, and unless necessary shouldnt be pulled apart and if have to be marked unless previously marked before ,when new they will fit in any spline as they get older seldom do you might be better off with new prop unless slide works well and joint aligned something will give eventually
