Front PDC's is there a simple way of popping them out?

Hi have a L322 2005 model year, just fitted a Blue Ox base plate which required the front bumper removal, must have miss-fitted the one or more parking sensors, now have a fault on them, flashing light on the PDC button and the front ones continuous tone.

Question is there a simple way of popping them out to check the connectors, or do I need to remove the front bumper again?

you can remove them with a precision screw driver if your gentle, the easiest way to check them though is to turn them on with the button then put your ear right up close to them a listen. you should hear good working ones clicking, when you get to one thats silent you found the dud.
