front lecky windows

hi i know this has been on this forum numerous times but i still cant find the solution to my problem !
the front windows have stopped working and the lift ecu just clicks when i press front window switches !
i know its not the switches as when i switch for the rears they work ,
i know its not the motors cause if i run wire from rear to front they work ,
i have just purchased another ecu which i have seen working before removal !
i have dug out the cables from behind the foot panel and with a tester there is no power coming down from the ecu !
i have checked fuses !
am i missing something ???

yeah thats the one i have just changed for the third time as 1 in wasn't working so got given another which was told was working but no joy so went & brought another which i saw working all windows in donor car but still just clicking in mine ! all 3 ecu's doing the same clicking thing ??

is there anyway of bypassing the ecu ??
