front drivers window is dodgey AFOOKINGAIN

last november the regulator in the drivers side front window went tits up,
so i brought a new regulator fitted it and problem solved

, TILL NOW

window goes down fine BUT when i lift it it slowes to a virtual stop at about half way.
i had a look 2day an its got loads of grease in it looks fine but the top of the window pops forward at just b4 halfway up, tightened all bolts up but still can't get it to run smooth

with out pulling the top of the window back.
has anyone had this problem an how can i fix it?
it's doin my head in.
any help greatly appreciated

My passenger side button has started being dicky recently.When I use central locking, button dosn't always go down .Have to push down manually.Same when I try to open.Do you reckon something just needs greasing ?

good dose of wd40 all over the linkage - works a treat. Maybe a bit of adjustment too.

have you tried the simple stuff like silicone spray on the trim the glass slides up or that flash dash crap you get from halfraudes
