Unfortunately not :( this landy has taught me everything i know about things on wheels so far so im happy to have got it running healthy now before a satisfactory rebuild, then might look at coming back to things later, as at the moment im too scared to take the naff bulkhead off and the engine out etc. Plus want to hurry up and have a little farm fun it for a little while! There is very little dents but filler everywhere, farmer's bodge jobs everywhere, and more to come ;)

I hope I can make you feel better by telling you mine was a LOT worse.....see pic

View attachment 100530 When I built my Chassis I welded 2 pieces of angle iron from one dumb iron to the other....then bolted the bumper to the angle iron (see pic)....the result ..stronger front end and no bolt holes in Dunbar irons to allow the ingress of rain water..you have to weld two backing plates to the bumper for attachmentView attachment 100528

Chris, the Land Rover speaks for itself anyone would be proud to own it or more proud to say they restored it. I can only imagin during the long hours of work that a vision like this kept you going.
Did you make a thread of the restoration? Would be facinating to see the stages.
I have a nice black TD5 90 which I love and spend a fortune on, but one day....

Yes I posted a thread titled.....My three year restoration..posted a few pics.....it was mid 2014.....
IVe no idea how to get a link there sorry but if anyone could advise ID be grateful

Yes! Yes! Jam......
Howdya do that?
Nothing on my tablet shows how:(
First you have to get the thread title right so you can find it:p then open your thread and go right to the top of the page where the box with https:// Is and click on it to highlight it then copy it and then paste it into the post you are writing eg for this thread it would look like this when you highlight it (https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/front-bumper-removal.300198/page-2#post-3747052) but without the brackets at beginning and end

That's not bad looking after standing in a field for 10 years. So the exhaust routed out through the air intake hole? Must make quite a noise! good luck with the re-build.
