I have corrosion on the front bulkhead of my landrover county 1985 - 1. can this be repaired by welding?
2. How much would a replacement be inc labour
3.Would this syop me getting it through an MOT

Any help would be appreciated.

i think they can only fail you for a sharp edges , if it not to bad u get away with welding it up but need to rub it down and made it look better

Depending on where the corrosion is, and the severity of it, it's quite possible for it to fail the MOT.
If you're handy with a MIG welder you can buy/fabricate most of the common parts that rot.
Replacing the entire bulkhead is a fairly lengthy job - you can do it yourself in a couple of days, but if you're paying someone it'll probably cost as much as the Landy is worth.

I havent, but from what i've read on the million of threads about it when you search for that subject, looks like it's not a popular thing to do as the bulkhead warps
