front bulkhead/chassis mounts replaceable?

tryin to replace mounts/brackets at bottom of bulkhead door pillars that hold tie rods at chassis outriggers. i've removed lower door hinge bolts, but inner box section seems to be factory seem welded to bodywork. is there an easy way of removing this part for replacement? advice welcome.cheers.
