Hi. New to page. After a bit of advise. Got a freelander1 that im curently changing the master/slave sealed unit on. Bracket has been replaced. Release arm free (about an inch or so movement). Having serious troube getting the slave into the bracket where i can put the clip on securely and guide slave rod into release arm. Any advise as to which way you put it in?. Cannot go by old parts as the slave totally blew and the bracket is missing pieces. Any help would be great
 
I've not done this particular job before - I am guessing this is for the 1.8?

Hopefully one of the moderators can move this post to the freelander section? :)
 
Job done and complete now. Drives like a dream again. Thanks for the reply. Happy to delete thread wasnt aware it was in wrong section. Ill get it right next time.
