Freelander 1 Freelander td4 P0110 Air temperature sensor

Hello again. I am getting the title error on dtc scan. Problem is I cannot find this sensor anywhere. On some early I think models it was somewhere on inlet but on mine it is not.
Can somebody tell me please where this sensor is or if it can be within the MAF as I changed that one among many other things. Used lemark one...

a.i.t. temp sensor on later fl1 td4's be on the upper intercooler hose ..
to left / front .. standing in front of car ..

earlier vehicles take the i.at. reading from the ( bosch )maf sensor circuitry

my intercooler-hose i.a.t. sensor .. the wiring broke ..
got the P0110 code ..
ran vehicle like that for a day .. kept reading iat temps ..
were obviously getting data from the ( bosch ) maf ..

then with wiring fixed .. code cleared ..
noted a major diff. in temp behaviour readings
( over 2 sixty mile trips .. with .. and without .. the i.h. temp sensor connected )
i.e. between the intercooler hose sensor reading
compared to the maf induced iat reading

Thank you, indeed it seems like the MAF provides temp in my case, 2003 engine. Switching back the old MAF cured it.
I will buy a bosch one, kept trying to get away from the expense but whatever is cheaper seems crap, with very few exceptions.
