Freelander td4 es 2002 airbag ecu problem.

Hello everyone, i have a 52plate Td4 Es 2.0 diesel and am failing to locate where the airbad ECU is situated. As per "freelander 2001my" workshop manual it's located just behind the centre console. I have removed the console a couple times and still cant seem to find it.

Any ideas?

Yes my info shows it right by the bulkhead on the transmission tunnel. If it's not there I would look under the armrest unit as these modules are usually securely bolted somewhere along the transmission tunnel (this being the centre line of the vehicle).D..
