So I've just bought a freelander td4 2006 and have been playing about with it -as you do.... I have been trying to get the sat nav to work but it never seems to find any sats? I can enter all relevant address details and the nice lady says 'calculating your route' but it never gets any further 
I thought I would try and reset the stereo to see if that worked but I do as the manual tells me and hold down the multifunction button and the tp button together but that does nothing? Everything else on the stereo works... I'm just being a fussy bugger as I do own a Tom Tom but I would just like to see if anyone has any bright ideas as to why it won't find any signal....
