Freelander Still Skipping

Hey guys, after refitting my IRD, the coolant was completely out of the system, no water at all, ,

Then I noticed the car started skipping after I put the water in. . .

Is there a gasket leak possibly ? Causing coolant to enter the cylinder ?

Not having luck with this car. A woman ploughed into the left rear door today. Her fault, needs replacing. Silly cow, broke as chimney sweep, uninsured, reversed out of her driveway, as I over took, in haste she turned right into me.
