freelander slugish/smoke
Hi All,
When I started the freelander td4 over the last few days, the engine revs were very slugish, as if the engine strugled to stay running, this even happens when the engine is warm. I also noticed there is a buff of smoke from the exhaust after i started the engine more so when cold is this nonmal?
Many Thanks

Yes, this is to be expected.

The best way to cure this problem is to place lots of cola bottles filled with petrol on the backseats. Then light a candle and place as close as possible to the aforementioned items.

It is good sense to perform this task in the mother-in-laws garage. Especially if this lies under the house.
