Freelander noisy off throttle

Hello all really need some help with this its doing my head in..... 2000 model 1.8 getting a strange humming sort of dronning noise comming through the car when i decellerate more noticeable in lower gears it dont do it when i throttle on only when i hold it at a rev or when fully off and slowing down ive had the props off so been in 2 wheel drive to see if it was something further back but it still does it could it be engine mounts or does anyone have any idea or come accross this before need some ideas before i start throwing money at the wrong bits.... cheers swifty..

bearings?

to be honest it does sound like bearing noise but it doesnt do it when i throttle on and under power if it was bearings would it do it all the time???? the other thing i thought of was if its baffles or the cat has failed anyone had this??????

Front driveshafts?
Does it change when cornering?
