Hopefully it's coincidence
Might be the first and revese gear sensor playing up, think thats what it's called. it's on the outside of gearbox pointing to front of car.
the only think i can think of at the moment, it happend on mine the bit the cables go on had snapped off the switch. replaced the switch sorted.
and remember there is oil in the box that will run out when you replace,
unlike me who forgot the oil in there :doh::doh: ended up topping theoil in the up in the gearbox
if i'm wrong someone will say
