It's not, but it is what appears to have happened.
I expect the Defender driver is fairly used to it though. Probably hops out and gets his strop ready every time the pair of them approach anything more slippery than a lawn.
If that's the case, wouldn't it be more logical if the Defender drove in first position ? What's the use when going one direction and the leading vehicle can't get through so that it has to be pulled out backwards ? They still need to go forward.....
Din't say the guy was smart, the Defender driver is obviously a cock. He went out laning with a bloke in a Gaylander FFS! Nuff said.
